Shipping Policy

At Honest Gems, we strive to process and deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Order Processing — Orders for loose gemstones are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders involving ring or pendant making are typically processed within 5–10 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. In rare cases, additional time may be required for quality checks or product preparation — if so, we will inform you.

2. Shipping Charges — Shipping within India is free. Shipping to international destinations depends on the address; you will be informed about it separately.

3. Delivery Time — Estimated delivery times after shipping are 3–7 business days within India and 7–21 business days for international orders (depending on destination and customs clearance). Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

4. Courier Partners — We ship through reputable courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp where available. All orders above the value of ₹20,000 come with insurance.

5. Delivery Address — Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are complete and accurate when placing your order. Honest Gems is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

6. Failed Delivery — If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us. Any additional shipping charges for re-dispatch may be borne by the customer.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages — If your package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery, do not accept it if possible, take clear photographs or a video of the package while receiving and opening it, and contact us within 24 hours of the delivery attempt. We will investigate and assist you accordingly.

8. International Orders — For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by their country's authorities. Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance procedures.

9. Delivery Delays — While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, customs, strikes, or other events beyond our control are not the responsibility of Honest Gems.
